Set up notifications

Enter your email address and your WebUntis credentials. We use them to fetch your timetable and notify you of new events.

🔐 WebUntis access

Enter your WebUntis login credentials. You only need to do this once, and they will be stored encrypted.

WebUntis username

Not your email address! This is the username you use to log in to WebUntis – usually Firstname.Lastname, for example Max-Maria.Mueller-Schmidt. You can find it in WebUntis under “Personal Settings”. Look it up in WebUntis

WebUntis password

Your WebUntis password is stored encrypted and used only to fetch your timetable.

Language of your emails

Sets the language of the alerts and confirmation emails you receive. The language of this page is changed at the top – that is independent of this setting.

How often do alerts arrive? We check roughly every two hours. You only get an email when something has actually changed – so quiet days are normal.
